to ensure the improvement of the quality of the educational and administrative services provided by the Department of Philology to all students participating in the Master’s Programme “Ancient Texts and Modern Readings.”
The reasons for which students may express and submit complaints, either in writing or orally, relate to:
- Issues arising from the actions or decisions of a member of the Department or a collective body.
- Issues in students’ communication with the administrative services of the Department of Philology or of the University of Ioannina.
- Issues concerning the building and technical facilities of the Department of Philology or of the University of Ioannina.
- Issues arising in the relationships among students.
- Other issues concerning (for example) the violation or appropriation of intellectual property rights.
The complaints and appeals management mechanism for postgraduate students of the Master’s Programme “Ancient Texts and Contemporary Readings” is fully aligned with Article 20 of the Regulations of Postgraduate Study Programmes of the University of Ioannina.
